This Warranty and Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Prime Hydraulics & Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and the purchaser (“Customer”) of a hydraulic component (“Product”). By purchasing the Product, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty Coverage:
   1.1 The Company warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [12 months] from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
   1.2 The warranty covers repair or replacement of its components, at the Company’s discretion, if any defects arise within the Warranty Period.
   1.3 This warranty is valid only for Products purchased directly from the Seller or authorized resellers.
2. Warranty Limitations:
   2.1 The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, modifications, unauthorized repairs, including unauthorized disassembly and assembly, or use of the Products in a manner contrary to the Seller’s instructions or industry standards and any other conditions beyond normal use and service.
   2.2 The warranty is void if the Product is used with incompatible equipment or accessories not recommended by the Company.
   2.3 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable parts, including seals, O-rings, gaskets, and filters.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
   3.1 In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within the Warranty Period and provide a detailed description of the issue.
   3.2 The Company may require the Customer to provide proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or invoice, to validate the warranty claim.
   3.3 If the claim is deemed valid, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components within a reasonable timeframe.
   3.4 Products returned for warranty consideration shall be shipped to Prime Hydraulics & Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana through prepaid freight, with a return authorization attached. In the event that a product is repaired under warranty, that product shall carry the remainder of the original warranty period. This expressed limited warranty is the sole warranty of Prime Hydraulics & Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd. There are no warranties which extend beyond the limited warranty herein expressly set forth.
4. Limitation of Liability:
   4.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the components as stated in Section 3.
   4.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
5. Warranty Transferability:
   5.1This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original Buyer who purchased the Products directly from the Seller or authorized resellers.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
7. Modification or Termination:
   7.1 The Seller reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty Policy at any time, without prior notice. However, any modifications shall not affect the warranty coverage for Products already purchased and covered under the original terms of this Policy.
